Staff Product Designer (08/2021 - Present)

  • Creating e2e design solutions for ServiceNow Impact users - including customer users and ServiceNow squad users (service experts). Design responsibilities include Impact homepage, product adoptions, Impact consumption report, human-led engagement services (Impact acceleartors).

  • Working with other ServiceNow customer EX design team to build the Impact design system (UI components, visual styling, colors and fonts) and make sure it is consistent with the other SN product designs.

  • Working with other cross-functional team (PMs, researchers, content designers and eng) to drive the whole design to implementation process.

 
 

Principal UX Designer (06/2014 – 08/2021)

  • Creating design solutions for SAP SuccessFactors BizX suites. Participating in design strategy discussions and user research. Leading design workshops and translating high level requirements into user flows, wireframes and hi-fi product demos.

  • Managing multiple projects and participating in concept validations and partnering with developers to maintain the products. Responsible for modular experience including compensation, recruiting, career development, digital assistant/chat-bot as well as central experience design etc.

  • Being a mentor for fellowship designers and design interns.

 

Lead UX Designer (10/2009 – 05/2014)

  • Responsible for SuccessFactors BizX product design. Hands-on experience with UX, visual and prototyping to make SuccessFactors software enjoyable to use.

  • Responsible for modular experience design including talent management, succession, employee central and admin tools.

 

Senior UX Designer (02/2004 – 09/2009)

  • Working with product manager and gathering business requirements and creating UX design with high level design brief, storyboards, workflow and detailed visual design and spec.

  • Creating interactive prototypes and participating in user research for concept validations.

  • Managing a small team of junior interaction & visual designers to help them managing/prioritizing projects, design review and design mentorship.
